Statewide Athletics Committee

The Statewide Athletics Committee (SWAC) is made up of recreational professionals from across the state and the purpose is to promote interest and participation in recreational athletics, to conduct team tournaments at the sectional and state levels, and to conduct and promote special events.

The committee reviews and determines the rules for each sport.   Local agencies may use SWAC rules for their leagues. View the SWAC manual.

SWAC tournaments are hosted by local agencies with the number of teams determined by the host site. 

​

To participate in SWAC an organization must have a NCRPA agency or SWAC Participation membership.
