Michelle joined NCRPA in 1998 as the first Member Services Coordinator and accepted the role of Executive Director in 2012.  With a BS degree in Recreation Resources Administration, Masters in Public Administration, and graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management, she is a proud alumnus of NC State.  She claims to have the best parks and recreation job in NC as she gets to work with and support our profession.   Connect with Michelle on LinkedIn

Wanda serves as the Membership Services Manager at NCRPA and is a native of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Prior to joining the staff in 1991, she was employed with Southern New England Telecommunications for 11.5 years and IBM for 1.5 years. Wanda and her husband William reside in Raleigh. She has two daughters and is the proud Nana of 2 granddaughters. Wanda is active in her church and enjoys volunteering with groups that serve diverse communities, spending  time with family and friends, reading, and walking.

Andy is a North Carolina native and two time graduate of UNC Wilmington. After 16 years in the Education Department at the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Andy joined the NCRPA team as the Education Coordinator. He is committed to providing quality educational experiences and nurturing networks for parks and recreation professionals. Rachel brings a passion for parks and recreation with 25 years of experience in private, public and non-profit sector roles in DC, Florida, Colorado and Washington. Her last role was as the Parks and Recreation Director in Redmond, WA, east of Seattle. Rachel works part-time for NCRPA on special projects. Connect to Rachel on LinkedIn
