Michelle joined NCRPA in 1998 as the first Member Services Coordinator and accepted the role of Executive Director in 2012.  With a BS degree in Recreation Resources Administration, Masters in Public Administration, and graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management, she is a proud alumnus of NC State.  She claims to have the best parks and recreation job in NC as she gets to work with and support our profession.   Connect with Michelle on LinkedIn.

Wanda serves as the Membership Services Manager at NCRPA and is a native of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Prior to joining the staff in 1991, she was employed with Southern New England Telecommunications for 11.5 years and IBM for 1.5 years. Wanda and her husband William reside in Raleigh. She has two daughters and is the proud Nana of 2 granddaughters. Wanda is active in her church and enjoys volunteering with groups that serve diverse communities, spending  time with family and friends, reading, and walking.

Brad has dedicated his career to recreation since the age of 15 with the City of Raleigh, starting with roles in scorekeeping and camps, and progressing to his most recent position as Sports & Recreation Manager, where he developed youth and adult sports programs.

Outside of work, Brad has been happily married for 17 years and is a proud father of two, Cayden and Nathan. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, and supporting NC State athletics.

DaBria brings a dynamic blend of experience and creativity to NCRPA's digital landscape. With an educational background in criminal justice, her passion lies in ideation and creative content development. She transforms ideas into impactful strategies that drive brand visibility and audience engagement.

During her free time, she enjoys spending moments with nature; her dog, Cookie; her family & friends; traveling; and playing Fortnite with her nephews.
