"The NC Recreation & Parks Foundation scholarship helped me immensely with funding part of my senior year as a Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Student. I was able to apply to full-time jobs with the extra time not spent on working, and secured a full-time position with the City of Raleigh as the Assistant Director at Lake Lynn Community Center. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to spend more time on my studies, and be supported by the Foundation!" - Julia Elger, NCSU '24 |
