Event Detail

Summer camp may be in the rearview mirror—but let’s be honest, your brain is already halfway to next June. Before the sunscreen fades and the lost-and-found bin finally empties out, join fellow recreation professionals for a high-energy workshop designed to help you turn this past summer’s lessons into next year’s biggest wins.

We’ll laugh about the chaos, swap stories from the trenches, and dig into what really worked (and what definitely didn’t). From staffing struggles and parent expectations to program innovation and camper behavior, this session is all about getting ahead of the GAME—before planning season sneaks up on you again.

Come ready to reflect, recharge, and leave with fresh ideas, practical strategies, and a renewed game plan to make next summer your best one yet. Because in the world of camp… the countdown to next year starts now.

Who should attend?  This workshop is designed for full-time recreation professionals who plan, lead, and oversee summer camp programs—and are already thinking about how to make next year even better. Whether you manage a single site or a large, multi-location operation, if you’re responsible for staffing, programming, operations, or the overall camp experience, this session is for you.
