Conference

Join the North & South Carolina Recreation & Park Associations in North Charleston, SC for the 2025 Carolinas Recreation & Park Conference! With over 850 professionals, over 100 companies, and guests, this is the largest gathering of Parks & Recreation professionals in the Carolinas and is not to be missed.  The event will offer over 50 educational sessions, a special keynote address during the Opening Session, time to meet with attendees and celebrate the profession.

Exhibit Dates and Hours:
Exhibit dates are Monday, December 1 and Tuesday, December 2, 2025. We are offering two convenient set up time, Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.

Each exhibit booth is 10' deep x 10’  wide in size and draped on three sides

Each booth comes with one dressed 8’ table and 2 chairs.  Please note signage is not included. All materials must fit inside the booth.  All vehicles (mowers, tractors, etc..) entering the exhibit hall must have less that 1/4 tank of gas, gas caps taped shut, and batteries disconnected.  Failure to comply will result in removal from hall.

Additional Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor Registration includes admission for two to the Monday evening Exhibitor’s Social and Tuesday's Exhibit Hall breakfast. This excludes the awards luncheons, sports events, tours, activities, or any additional function in which delegates must pay additional fees.  Additional Rep badges may be purchased for $125/ea. Max 4 Reps per booth.
