"I wanted to share my knowledge with other recreation professionals because I believe it's important to share the wisdom I've learned from experiences to help others develop personally and professionally. During my career, I've had many mentors and people who have believed in me and advised me based on their own experiences. I've also attended countless professional and leadership trainings, workshops, and programs.
