Registration Policy:

 

Member Rates: To receive the discounted member rate, you must log into your membership account prior to registering for the event. If you register at the non-member rate and pay by credit card, we will refund the difference minus a $10 processing fee. If you register as a non-member and have not paid, please contact us at info@ncrpa.net for an invoice adjustment.

Payment Policy: Payment is requested prior to the event date to secure your attendance. Registration is an agreement to pay. All invoices remain due and payable and subject to the NCRPA Refund Policy.

Workshop Size: Space is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the minimum is not reached, you will be notified in advance and issued a full refund.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs): After workshops, attendees will be emailed a CEU certificate acknowledging sessions attended. It is your responsibility to submit your CEUs to the appropriate governing organizations. If you need assistance with CEU’s contact us at info@ncrpa.net.

Registration Transfers: If you find you can no longer attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration to another member. Email the request to brad@ncrpa.net. Include who is being removed and who is being added. We’ll take it from there

To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, refund requests are accepted right up until the start of an event.

Once the event begins, we are fully committed to the scheduled programming and are unable to process further refund requests.
