Happy Monday,

With November kicking into gear, the holiday season has officially begun. While planning your work and family activities, keep in mind there are plenty of options to continue to eat healthy and stay active. One way is to participate in the Eat Smart, Move More NC: Maintain, Don’t Gain! Holiday Challenge.
