March 9th, 2015

Good afternoon! If you are not already aware, this month is National Nutrition Month. This Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ADA) campaign focuses attention on the importance of making educational food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. The information shared during this month will hopefully inspire year-round changes and improvements leading to a healthier lifestyle.

The most recent wellness blog discusses ideas on how to share healthy eating and nutrition ideas among your community and department. A healthier lifestyle can have positive impacts such as improved mood, reducing stress, and increasing energy throughout the day. It also can reduce the risks for heart diseases and other chronic illnesses, as well as looking and feeling your best. For more information please visit:
