Professional Development Coordinator
This position offers varied work in a fast-paced fun setting with a strategic focus on diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion. This front-line programming and customer service role directly impacts members, sponsors, speakers, and students' experience with NCRPA. You will thrive as our new Professional Development Coordinator if you are experienced in customer service, love developing and implementing impactful events and educational opportunities, have great communication skills, and have the ability to organize and maintain attention to detail. You must be people focused and eager to connect both virtually and in-person.
This means we want someone who can easily navigate and switch between a high level of customer service, creative program development, and administrative organization. Someone who can cheerfully manage several projects at once. Someone who is welcoming to all, creative, solution driven and prioritizes people.

If so, then we have an excellent opportunity for you as our new North Carolina Recreation and Park Association Fellow! This is a one year commitment and an immediate opening.

What is a Fellow? This is a 1 year position designed for a professional or recent graduate who is looking to build their portfolio and experience, and make connections in the statewide parks and recreation network, while providing quality marketing and promotions for NCRPA.
