My current blog offers some heart-healthy substitutions that you can incorporate both in your daily meal preparations or when cooking for larger groups. For more information regarding healthy tips and recipes please refer to the latest blog. Additional information can be found on the 9 Health Substitutions for Everyday Foods blog by the American Heart Association. Furthermore, refer back to our Health Cooking/Nutrition Programs for material and ideas to promote healthy eating practices. Don’t forget to share this information with your department and community using social media, such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram!
