Session: Motivation- Let's Start with a Conversation!

Description: Want to take your organization to a different level? Does everyone know where you are going? What is keeping you from moving your team in that direction? How do differing generations and personalities affect motivation? This session  will get participants engaged with one another and help them understanding how diverse the workplace is today. Let's have a conversation, will begin the dialouge necessary to enhance your organizational motivation strategy.

Description: Does your team need that little “push” to get them through the season? Learn about the reasons why it’s important to recognize your staff and volunteers and discuss ideas on cost effective ways to do so.  Session will include a discussion on theories of motivation as well as strategies to meet the motivational needs of your staff.
